Hearing stories of how we have impacted our community never gets old. Check out a few from some of the people who have been involved in some of our initiatives.
Elementary Counselor
As a school counselor I see firsthand the families in our community that are at risk. We have partnered with The Go Initiative Group for the past 5 years to help connect them with these families so that every child can experience the joy of the holidays. This past year (2022) I was able to join and be a volunteer to see the experience first hand. It was one of the most incredible experiences to partner with a group of people that just want to make a selfless impact in the community and to see the smiles and the joy on the kids faces and parents as well made it all worth it. One of our favorite events of the year is being involved with the Give Hope store! This is our opportunity to be the light in our community and make a positive impact during the Christmas season. We look forward to bringing joy to every family that attends, and more importantly, we get to share the hope that is found in Jesus!
